Frequently Asked Questions

General

Absolutely. We work with brands across the US, Canada, Europe, and South Africa. All communication happens via email, Zoom, and project management tools, so time zones are never an issue.

We work with e-commerce brands, SaaS startups, service-based businesses, and B2B companies. Our expertise is in growth systems, not industry-specific tactics, so we adapt quickly to any market.

We build websites on WordPress, Webflow, and custom code. For marketing, we use Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and other industry-standard tools.

We use a combination of tools depending on your preference: email, Zoom calls, Slack, Asana (project management), and shared Google Docs/Figma files. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact who checks in regularly. We provide weekly or bi-weekly updates and are always available for questions. You’re a partner, not just a client.

Projects & Timeline

It depends on scope:

  • Websites: 4-8 weeks
  • Strategy projects: 2-4 weeks
  • Marketing campaigns: Ongoing (minimum 3-month engagement)

Yes. For larger projects, we can split payments into milestones (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on completion, or monthly installments).

Discovery → Strategy → Execution → Launch → Optimization. We start every project with a kickoff call to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Delays happen. If delays are caused by your feedback, approvals, or scope changes, the timeline extends accordingly. If delays are on our end, we’ll notify you immediately with a revised timeline. We build buffer time into estimates to minimize surprises.

Services

Both. You can hire us for a single service (like Google Ads management or SEO) or a full integrated project (strategy + design + development + marketing). Many clients start with one service and expand as they see results.

Absolutely. We regularly audit and optimize websites, Google Ads accounts, and marketing systems built by other teams. We’ll do a full assessment, identify gaps and opportunities, and present a roadmap for improvement.

Results vary by industry, budget, timeline, and execution. That said, our clients typically see measurable improvements within 60–90 days: higher conversion rates, lower customer acquisition cost (CAC), and improved return on ad spend (ROAS). We’ll set realistic expectations during discovery and report transparently monthly.

Yes. Most clients opt for ongoing support and optimization (we call this our Deliver phase). We monitor performance, make adjustments, and scale what’s working. For continued marketing services, we require a 3-month minimum engagement.

Pricing & Contracts

Several factors determine the final cost: project complexity, timeline, scope, revisions, platform choice (WordPress vs. custom code), and the level of strategy involved. A simple brochure website costs less than a conversion-optimized e-commerce site. A website built on WordPress is faster and more affordable than fully custom code. Marketing costs vary based on whether you need strategy, setup, or ongoing optimization and scaling. We’ll break down costs by phase during our discovery call so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Not for one-time projects. For strategy and web projects, there’s no long-term commitment—you pay for the project and it’s complete. For ongoing services (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing), we require a 3-month minimum. This allows time for proper setup, testing, and optimization before evaluating results.

Our pricing includes strategy, execution, testing, revisions (typically 2–3 rounds), and reporting. For marketing services, we include campaign management, optimization, and monthly performance reports. Ad spend (for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) is billed separately by the platform, and we manage it on your behalf.

Our contracts include 2–3 rounds of revisions for design and development work. Additional revisions are billed hourly. Major scope changes require a formal change
